I manage a sustainable family agency. I have the great privilege to lead great people who do great work. When I began my career, I had no idea of how endlessly fascinating it would be, or what a privilege it is to help people and businesses navigate the twists and turns of life. I would love to introduce you to our team.

I enjoy providing our clients with the information to make informed choices about their insurance needs.  Interactions are mostly by phone or email yet strong relationships still develop and face to face meetings are the highlight of my day.  Great clients, great staff and almost a 360 degree view of Kansas City.  Love it!

I enjoy developing a deep understanding of our clients so I can help them in the most effective way. Each day I find it personally rewarding to build and continue the great work that my grandfather started.

The opportunity to work for a company my grandfather started is a great thing, but the way Oliver Insurance has done business for the last fifty years is why I’m proud to be part of this great team.

Not in a million years would I have thought I would become an insurance agent.  I was recruited by Travelers Insurance Company at a young age, and it’s been a great ride.  I have never been halfhearted about anything and I’ve taken great care to be knowledgeable and to always do my job with excellence.

When I moved to Missouri from Oklahoma in 1999, insurance sort of found me.  It’s always changing -it’s really become a good fit for me.  I enjoy each new challenge. What sets Oliver Insurance apart from the others where I worked is the great kindness shown not only to our clients, but to their employees!

I started as a temp in 1985. Those first 8 weeks flew by!  The Olivers have always been very flexible and supportive whenever I needed time off for my family. I believe that  “Customer Service is NOT a Department.  It’s an Attitude!”  and “People may forget what you said but they’ll never forget how you made them feel”.

Immediately I could feel that Oliver Insurance is different.  I could hear it in the voices of my coworkers.  They really care.  Maybe that sounds cliché? But I solve problems for clients who value their insurance because I CARE. It is refreshing to be a part of such a dedicated team that still likes to have fun.
